THINGS TO DO:

1. International Spy Museum
800 F Street
This is a great experience, a very fun museum! Beware of long lines and do check out their bar Zola's. A must see web site: www.spymuseum.org

2. Old Post Office Tower
Penn. Ave and 12th Street
The top of the tower has a great view od D.C., the experience is full of history!

3. FDR Memorial
Located on the west side of the Tidal Basin this monument is worth checking out especially on a nice fall's day. Open daily from 8am to midnight. www.nps.gov/fdrm/home.htm

4. The Philips Collection
1600 21st Street
Beautiful priavte collection of art. For hours of opperation and tickets go to: www.philipscollection.org

5. Air and Space IMAX theater
It's a beautiful theater with great shows, if not eductaional it will be entertaining.

6. The new National Air and Space Museum's Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Center, near Dulles International airport. Among the 100 aircraft you'll see an amazing display of airplanes, including the first Space Shuttle Enterprise, one of the Concordes and the Enola Gay.

Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas in D.C. Note that they do not take reservations and sometimes the wait can be up to an hour long (on the weekends)

2. Mie N Yu
Right on M st. in the heart of Geogretown

This is a very exoctic Mediterranean restaurant. It has everything from a trukish tent to an elevated bird cage table (which can have a couple weeks waiting list). The menu is quite unique. This restaurant is a must see even if its just for a drink at the bar.

3. Neyla

One of the best Lebanese and Mediterranean restaurants in D.C.

4. Cafe Asia
1550 Wilson Blvd.
Rosslyn

Although there is another location in the city, the Rosslyn restaurant is bigger and better. This is a mix of all Asian cuisne- From Sushi to Thai- and it is all good! 5. Jaleo
On the corner of 7th and E st.
Great tapas bar with amazing sangria. Note that this restaurant doesn't take reservations either and the wait here can be long.

6. Peacock Cafe

This is a very posh place for a great lunch in georgetown. The menu varries from pasta dishes to delicious sandwhiches. My favorite is their tomato soup!

7. Aguardiente
24th and N st
A must have for HelloGoodTimes, a Colombian restaurant. Great ambiance and ofcourse great food!

8. Cashions
Great brunch place for Sundays.


BARS AND CLUBS:

1. Dragon Fly

This place is great to strat your night with some sushi appitizers and some Saki bombs or for some late nigh after hours sushi and Saki.

2. Andalu
This is a little secret of mine that I will now share. A dark little lounge with great international music and good drinks.

3. 18th Street Lounge

Laid back lounge atmoshphere always great music. Best nights are on Saturday.

4. MCCXIII/ Spank

Very elegant club with a poch third level VIP club called Spank.

5. Cafe Citron

A latin bar... always a good time!

6. Modern

Another little secret of mine, this bar/club has one of the coolest bars I've seen and is always a good time. Best nights are Fridays.
