:) CITIES : MIAMI, FLORIDA

We've come to finally enjoy Miami...
Mainly through the generous hospitality of Miami Mike and Rosie in the last few years. Below are some of our favourite dinner and drink spots:

Dinner

Casa Tua: Great vibe and the prices to match it. If you're lucky, you can enjoy drinks in the private Club upstairs. The password, may or may not be 'Khaluaccino' casatualifestyle.com

Prime 112: Outstanding food. Great crowd. On the pricey side, but worth it. prime112.com

Michael's in the Design District. Forget the crazy crowds of South Beach. Here's where the true locals go to enjoy awesome food and great cocktails: michaelsgenuine.com

If you're in the Brickell Key area, we've enjoyed Rosa Mexicano of NYC fame. Yes, it's a chain, but has never disappointed: rosamexicano.com

Sushi Samba on Lincoln Rd. Perfect venue to enjoy great sushi and see all the drama of Lincoln Rd.

Drinks

The Courtyard of The Setai is by far our favourite place. (The Delano is always good, and surprisingly still has legs, a must for first timers, but if you've been there, this is your place): setai.com

The Gansevoort 'South', where Jersey meets South Beach. This hotel has the worst door of any hotel in the planet, the lobby is a nightmare of colours. However, their only redeeming quality is the scene at the rooftop-pool. Worth it for a drink, especially if you haven't been to Jersey in a while. gansevoortsouth.com

The side bar at the Raleigh is great for any 'discreet encounters'. The lobby bar and lounge area aren't shabby either: raleighhotel.com

Cultural Spots

OK, that was a joke, but we hear there are a couple of museums in Florida.
